Happy New Month Loves 🙂
This post is going to start on a motivational note just because that`s what i`ve been into in the last couple of weeks. This year my main goal is to Break the Plateau and move higher in what God has planned out for me. Whether it is in my life, job, mental and phyiscal state or anything that i lay my hands on. I am so ready to get out of my comfort zone and say more “Yes” to opportunities that come along my way.
This year began with so much reflection on what i had achieved last year and what i am planning to improve on this year. In that reflection period, i realized one big thing holding me back in achieving my most of my goals was that i had so many of them which were honestly getting out of hand. There are days when i felt so drained to a point where my body was actually giving up on me. Honestly, 24 hours is no longer enough for me to tackle everything i want to do. So this year i`m all about prioritizing on what is more important to me and what not, simply by having more detailed and clearer visions.
I have learnt how important it is to be Specific and Crystal clear on what it is that i want to accomplish in my life. If you read my last post you probably know that we are in the process of moving out to another place. The whole process of looking for a new apartment isn`t something that i`m looking forward to do again. One of my main goals in the near future is to be able to become a Home owner. It`s one thing to identify that i want a home. But it`s another thing to turn this dream of mine into reality, right?. And this is where the “Concept of Clarity” comes in. Since i`ve already done my research (thank God to the online world), had several meetings with my bank to view my options, i know now i have to start saving for a down payment. I have to identify how much i need or rather want to save monthly. And that my friends is the trickiest part. Being specific about it! And this should also apply to your dreams. If you are praying and looking for a job, be clear on what kind of job you want. If you are looking for a spouse, pinpoint exactly what it is you want. The point is you will never leave where you are until you see where you want to be.
Proverbs 29:18 says “Where there is no Vision the people perish.”
Back to my Outfit…
On my Previous Post i shared the first look of how i styled my two piece set. When getting this set, i knew for sure i would have a countless ways to style these pieces individually considering the fact that most of them are basic staples which are essential for any wardrobe. Talking about staple pieces, have you subscribed to my Free Gift Page where i enlighten you on some must have essential pieces that you need in your wardrobe?? It`s a fun one, trust me 🙂
On the second look i figured out to dress it up a little bit more by changing my shoes with some heels and a classic black bag. I have been in the hunt of this kind of bag for ages and finding what matched my fancy was prooving to be difficult not until i came across this number late last year. The excitement was real my friends. I absolutely love the size and details on it. Definitely a good investment i must say. I decided not to add any other color palette and just stick to black and white. What do you guys think? would you have styled this differently? Please enlighten me down below on your thoughts.
As always, thank you so much for stopping by! Means alot to me 🙂
